We people who involved with our 24 × 7 Home based Geriatric Care are aware that Geriatric cares are increasing in many dimensions. Competent and upgraded personnel are necessary to continue this work effectively and professionally. Reskilling and Upskilling are most important aspects for this job. Considering the such necessity Banchbo Healing Touch is making its service team both Nursing and as well as Back Support Team more efficient and skillful by imparting various professional and advanced trainings from time to time.
Though our service personnel have already received many such trainings but recently 20 of our service team members have been registered in the 6 months Online training programme for Geriatric Social Worker (Caregiver) conducted by GSI WB Institute for Training, Education and Research (GWITER) as part of our continuing RUSEP (Reskilling and Upskilling of Employee Programme) fully sponsored by the organization.
